All the time weather I'm driving or passenger ever since one of my best friends got killed when I was 15 comeing back from shop class in Gate City going to the Cove.

only during a roadcheck other than that never.

I like you argument with the paper you had to write. It is our car and our life. Wearing a seatbelt doesn't jeopardize anyone else's lives but our own when in a car or behind the wheel. Thus, shouldn't be up to us to determine whether we want to wear one or not? Same thing applies to wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle. Shouldn't it be a personal preference/risk to wear or not to wear one?

Just another example of liberal America invading the lives and choices of Americans.
